Incentives and company outings
On a company outing the bus is the one element the whole day hangs on: it decides when you set off, how long you can stay and whether somebody has to stay sober in the evening. So we plan it from the programme, not from the departure time.
What fits into a day
Driving hours set the frame: at most 4.5 hours at a stretch, as a rule 9 hours a day. With two hours of driving each way, that leaves a good six hours on site if you set off early. With three hours each way it becomes a long day with a tight programme.
From Berlin the following work as day destinations: Spreewald, Potsdam, the Baltic coast, Dresden, Saxon Switzerland. Anything beyond that we would rather plan with an overnight stay than sell you a day that consists of motorway.
Several stops are no problem. Give us the order, we check whether it works out in time, and we tell you beforehand — not en route.
Formats we run often
- The classic company outingOut in the morning, back in the evening, one or two things in between. The bus stays on site.
- Team event with stationsSeveral groups, several places, timed journeys. It needs coordination, but it works well.
- Client incentiveA small party in the VIP Sprinter with individual leather seats. Discreet, punctual, without the coach feeling.
- Christmas partyOut in the evening, back late. The reason everyone is there the next day.

Invoice, discount and what actually counts
You pay after the trip, the invoice is usually due seven days later, with a cost centre or purchase order number if you want. Anyone running several outings a year gets fixed terms instead of a new quote every time.
The price contains the driver, fuel, insurance, Wi-Fi and cleaning. Anything that can be added — waiting time, an overnight stay for the driver on multi-day trips, parking fees — is in the quote beforehand and not on the invoice afterwards.
The item that cannot be expressed in euros: everyone arrives together and goes back together. On a company outing that is half the point.

Common questions
Does the bus stay with us all day?
Yes, if you want it to. Then it is ready for journeys between the parts of the programme. The standing time counts towards the operating hours, which we quantify beforehand.
Can we have a drink on the way?
Yes. For larger parties we schedule cleaning time and put it in the quote.
What does a multi-day trip cost on top?
The driver’s overnight stay and, where the stages are long, a second driver. Both appear as separate lines in the quote so you know the figure in advance.
Can we change the number of people at short notice?
As long as the group fits into the same vehicle, nothing changes. If a bigger bus becomes necessary, we swap it and settle the difference.
