Passenger logistics for companies, trade fairs and events
When people have to be somewhere on time and nobody can improvise, a bus journey turns into logistics. That is exactly where our strength lies: our own fleet, our own drivers, one named contact from the first enquiry to the invoice.

What we bring to it
Twenty buses of our own, from 8 to 90 seats, all in neutral black or white — so they suit any occasion and do not cut across your event with our own advertising.
We do vehicle branding overnight in our own hall: from a magnetic sign to a full wrap. Because we run the hall ourselves the turnaround is short, and branding with us is usually faster and cheaper than elsewhere.
On top of that, 5G Wi-Fi across the coach fleet, live tracking from 30 minutes before departure, and our own software for departure boards at large events.
For major events we are number one
Every year we run the complete passenger logistics for at least 15 major events with 5,000 to 35,000 passengers — from traffic planning and concept through liaison with the authorities to crowd flow on the day.
On top of that come more than 50 smaller events a year, with 250 to 5,000 passengers.
How an enquiry runs
You describe the case: how many people, from where to where, in what time frame. We come back with a proposal — vehicle mix, frequency, staffing.
For tenders we supply the usual paperwork: certificates, insurance cover, references. Just tell us what is required.

Common questions
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Business customers pay after the trip, and the invoice is usually due 7 days after it ends. For recurring journeys there are collective invoices.
Can the buses be branded for our event?
Yes, from a magnetic sign to a complete full wrap. We do it in our own hall, usually overnight.
How late can we enquire?
For single vehicles often on the same day — call us directly rather than using the online calculator. For shuttle concepts with several buses we need lead time, because staff and vehicles have to be planned.
Do we get a named contact?
Yes. The same person handles it from the first enquiry to the invoice. No hotline, no hold music.
