Agencies and tour operators
When you are planning for your own clients, you do not need a salesperson, you need someone who calls back. We have worked for years with incoming operators, event agencies and round-trip providers — with named contacts and no ticket system.

What agencies need from us
Three things, in this order: a fast confirmation, a price that holds, and a vehicle that turns up. Everything else is trimming. So you get a named contact with a direct line rather than a general address.
For your costing that also means: the price we name is the one that ends up on the invoice. If waiting time or a driver’s overnight stay can be added, it says so beforehand. Nothing annoys an agency more than an extra charge it can no longer pass on to the end client.
For recurring programmes — the same round trip every week, the same city tour every Saturday — we set allocations and fixed terms. Then booking happens by email and not through a quoting process.
What we get booked for
- Incoming and round tripsBerlin as a stage or a starting point, often with multilingual groups. Transfers, city tours, onward journeys.
- Congress side programmeEvening events, partner programmes, factory visits. Usually alongside the main programme.
- Productions and shootsCrew transfer and standby on set. Long waits, changes at short notice — we know it.
- AllocationsFixed vehicles at fixed times across a season, callable without a new quote.
Outside the hotel
Neutral paintwork — the bus carries your programme, not our advertising.

How working together starts
- 01
First enquiry
Date, route, number of people. We reply with availability and price, usually the same day.
- 02
A named contact
From the second booking you get a direct line and a person who knows your programmes.
- 03
Setting terms
Recurring services get a fixed price. That saves you the costing on every enquiry.
- 04
Collective billing
Every journey in a month on one invoice, with your reference numbers per line.
City tour
Drivers who know the city and know where a bus is allowed to stop.

A price in one minute
Enter the route, pick a bus, get a quote. Usually straight away.
Common questions
Do you work with net rates for resellers?
Yes, where we work together regularly. Raise it with us and we will set terms you can build a price on.
How quickly can you confirm?
If vehicles are free, immediately. In the high season from May to September lead time matters more than usual — allocations are exactly the right instrument for that.
Do your drivers speak English?
Some do, but we do not promise it across the board. If a group depends on it, say so when booking and we will plan accordingly.
Do you provide tour guides?
No. We provide the vehicle and the driver. We can put you in touch with a guide on request, but they bill you directly.
