Our drivers
The bus is one thing. Who drives it decides what your journey is like. Our drivers are employed by us — not bought in, not hired out, not called up at short notice.

Employed means: we are responsible
Anyone who drives for us has a contract with us. That is not a detail for the HR department but the reason we can stand behind the journey. With bought-in staff, responsibility ends at the seam between two companies — with us it does not.
All of them hold the passenger transport licence and complete the training required by German professional driver qualification law. On top of that come our own topics: handling school classes, what to do when running late, and when it is better to abandon a journey than push through.
On fixed routes — staff transport, recurring programmes — we try to deploy the same people. Someone who knows a route drives it more calmly in snow and diversions than someone seeing it for the first time.
What you can expect
- On time, with a bufferWe are there before the agreed time. Loading is part of the journey, not something squeezed in.
- On eye levelNo stiff suits, no announcements in officialese. Professionals with character, as we put it.
- ReachableYou get the phone number before the journey. Whoever is waiting calls directly rather than a switchboard.
- Clear about the rulesSeat belts, using the toilet when there is a lot of steering, breaks. These get explained, not ordered.
At the wheel
The cockpit of a coach — the workplace for the next few hours.

What drivers do not do
They do not supervise children. On school trips and youth holidays the duty of supervision stays with the accompanying adults — two per bus is usual, one at the front and one at the back. A driver simply cannot walk down the aisle while driving.
They do not act as tour guides. If you want a guided tour we will gladly give you a contact, but it is billed directly.
And they do not drive for longer than they are allowed to. When the driving hours are up, they are up. We say so beforehand so that it does not become an issue on the road.
Break
We put the required breaks somewhere worth stopping.

Common questions
Do your drivers speak English?
Some do. But we do not promise it across the board. If a group depends on it, say so when booking and we will plan accordingly.
Do we get the contact details in advance?
Yes. On the day of travel we send the number plate, the vehicle type and the driver’s phone number. Live tracking starts 30 minutes before departure.
Is a tip expected?
It is appreciated but not expected. Nobody’s pay depends on it.
