Hire a wedding bus or shuttle for a family celebration
At a wedding the bus solves two problems at once: the guests find the venue without a sat-nav, and nobody has to work out who stays sober for the drive home. We keep going as long as you are celebrating.

How a wedding shuttle usually runs
The pattern we drive most often — anything can be changed.
- 01
Collecting at two or three points
Usually the hotel, the station and one central meeting point. You enter them in the price calculator as intermediate stops, and then they are in the quote.
- 02
On to the ceremony
We arrive with a buffer. If the ceremony runs late, the bus waits — we bill waiting time openly, not quietly.
- 03
On to the venue
Between the registry office, the church and the reception there are often photo stops. Tell us beforehand and they are planned in.
- 04
The journey home, late included
Two return runs are the norm: one for the early leavers, one at the end. We drive at night just as we do by day.

Neutral paintwork — it does not stand around in your photos as an advertising board.

Which size for how many guests
Up to eight people, the VIP Sprinter with individual leather seats — the typical choice for the couple and the closest family. Up to 19 guests fit in the minibus. From around 20 the coach begins, and we have it in four versions between 50 and 65 seats.
Above 65 guests it gets interesting: two coaches mean two drivers, two vehicles and twice the coordination at every stop. A double-decker with 80 or 90 seats is then usually cheaper and considerably easier to run.
If the guest count is still moving — and at a wedding it almost always is — book on today’s figure. As long as the group fits into the same vehicle, the price does not change. If it grows beyond that, we swap the vehicle and settle the difference.
What often gets forgotten
- The way back counts twiceNot everyone stays to the end. Plan an early return around 23:00 and a late one at the finish.
- Decoration insideRibbons and flowers on the interior mirror are fine. Anything that sticks or blocks the view is not. Ask beforehand and there is no discussion on the day.
- Drinks on boardA glass of something to toast with is no problem. Let us know and we will schedule cleaning time.
- The bus as a meeting pointGuests who know nobody find each other at the bus. A fixed departure spot saves more nerves on the day than any set of directions.
Inside
Air conditioning, wide seats, enough room for dresses and suits.

Common questions
Do you drive after midnight?
Yes. Late return journeys are the norm at weddings and carry no night surcharge in the sense of a penalty — they simply count towards the operating hours, which determine the price anyway.
Can we give several pick-up points?
Yes. Enter them in the price calculator as intermediate stops. Two or three points are usual and change little about the day.
What happens if the ceremony overruns?
The bus waits. Waiting time is a separate line in the quote, so you know in advance what it costs. There are no surprises on our invoices.
May we decorate the bus?
Inside yes, as long as nothing sticks and the view stays clear. Outside only by arrangement — magnetic signs are fine, film and tape are not.
