Technology and live tracking
Two things we retrofitted because they genuinely change the day: tracking that shows where the bus is, and Wi-Fi that can take a whole school class at once.

How the tracking works
- 01
The link arrives automatically
On the day of travel you get a link. No app, no account, no download.
- 02
From 30 minutes before departure
That is when the view goes live: position, estimated arrival, number plate, the driver’s phone number.
- 03
Sharing allowed
Parents, guests, clients — the link can be passed on. That saves most of the calls on departure day.
- 04
It ends with the journey
After arrival the view is off. We track vehicles, not passengers.
Antenna on the roof
A 5G uplink instead of a phone hotspot at the driver’s seat.
Mobile antenna on the roof of a coach
Wi-Fi that works with 50 people too
The coach fleet carries a 5G uplink with a Wi-Fi 6 network inside. That delivers up to 500 Mbit at your seat — enough for a whole school class at once, or for a video call on the way to a meeting.
The difference from a simple hotspot lies less in top speed than in the number of devices. A phone hotspot buckles at twenty connections; a Wi-Fi 6 network does not.
What we do not promise: consistent speed on every country road. Where there is no mobile network, the best antenna will not help. On the routes we drive regularly, though, that is the exception.
Cost: none. Wi-Fi is included in every quote and is not an add-on package.
What else is on board
- Sockets and USBAt the seat in the coaches. On long stages, the most used feature of all.
- Ambient lightingDimmable, in several colours. On night journeys more pleasant than cold ceiling light.
- Air conditioningIn all eight vehicle types, without exception. In a Berlin summer, no small thing.
- Galley kitchenIn most coaches and double-deckers. Coffee and cold drinks along the way.
At the seat
Socket, USB, table, reading light.

Common questions
Do I have to install an app?
No. The tracking runs in the browser via a link you get on the day of travel.
Does the Wi-Fi cost extra?
No. It is in every quote, just like the driver, fuel, insurance and cleaning.
Are passengers tracked?
No. The vehicle is tracked, and the view ends with the journey. Who is sitting in the bus is none of our business.
Does the tracking work abroad?
Yes, as long as there is mobile coverage. On our usual routes to Poland, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands that is not a problem.
