Two things really change the day of travel: that somebody knows where the bus is right now, and Wi-Fi that can take a whole school class at once.
How the tracking works

We see the fleet
Our dispatch desk has every vehicle in view — position, progress, expected arrival.

One call is enough
If the bus is keeping you waiting, ring us. We look it up and tell you where it is and when it will be there.

Number plate in advance
On the day of travel we send the number plate, the vehicle type and the driver’s phone number. That is enough to find each other outside a busy arrivals hall as well.

Vehicles, not passengers
What we follow are our buses, not the people in them. Once you have arrived, the position no longer interests us.

Wi-Fi that works with 50 people too
Where it is fitted, there is a 5G uplink with a Wi-Fi 6 network inside. That delivers up to 500 Mbit at your seat — enough for a whole school class at once, or for a video call on the way to a meeting. The roll-out is still under way, so: say when you enquire that you need Wi-Fi and it is guaranteed to be on board.
The difference from a simple hotspot lies less in top speed than in the number of devices. A phone hotspot buckles at twenty connections; a Wi-Fi 6 network does not.
What we do not promise: consistent speed on every country road. Where there is no mobile network, the best antenna will not help. On the routes we drive regularly, though, that is the exception.
Cost: none. Where Wi-Fi is on board, it is included in the quote and is not an add-on package.
What else is on board

- Air conditioningIn all eight vehicle types, without exception. In a Berlin summer, no small thing.

Common questions
Can we follow the bus ourselves?
On request we set that up — it then runs in the browser via a link, with no app and no account. The roll-out across the fleet is still under way, though. What always works is calling us: we see every vehicle and answer straight away.
Does the Wi-Fi cost extra?
No. It is in every quote, just like the driver, fuel, insurance and cleaning.
Are passengers tracked?
No. The vehicle is tracked, and the view ends with the journey. Who is sitting in the bus is none of our business.
Do you know where the bus is abroad as well?
Yes, as long as there is mobile coverage. On our usual routes to Poland, the Czech Republic and the Netherlands that is not a problem.
