Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before departure.
13 days to 48 hours before departure we charge 35%
After that we charge 75%.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
The invoice is usually only due after the trip.

Safety First
Our vehicles are serviced by independent master workshops in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. We carry out both the annual general inspection (HU) and the additional quarterly safety inspections (“SP”) directly at the Dekra branch in Berlin-Tempelhof.
